We want to make certain that you are as comfortable as possible, and have taken every step to ensure this outcome. Our sober house is spacious, comfortably furnished, peaceful, and relaxed. It provides a warm, home-like feel.
Security Deposit: $250, $50 toward administrative fees, $200 refunded after completing a four month commitment. If you plan to reside at The Next Step House beyond your four month commitment, two weeks' notice is required before moving out to receive your security deposit.Rent is due every Friday at 7:00PM. The first week is prorated.
Shared bedroom - $170 per week
Single bedroom - $200 per week
